Programs run every Saturday from Jan. 5th to Feb. 23rd.
We offer two different sessions: our 9 to 11 am session is limited to 10 participants.
9a - 11a session is for adults interested in improving their RACING technique. The primary focus will be on developing movement patterns to generate better ski performance and racing tactics needed to improve race results. Approximately half of the time will be spent training with gates or race training aids. This program is ideal for skiers that participate in adult Ski race leagues & or NASTAR!
12:30p - 2:30p session is for adults skiing at an upper level, interested in further improving their PERSONAL SKIING SKILLS. Coaches will focus on building and enhancing movement patterns that improve skiing performance from a well-balanced stance. Participants will learn how to adjust their ski technique for different terrain & snow conditions.
