Learning Area		Flying Carpet

Newest addition for learning is our 60 foot Flying Carpet surface lift for Beginners. Ski Butternut is an ideal place for people to learn to ski or ride. NOTE: We offer a $65 1st Timers Learn to Ski or Snowboard Package that includes beginner's lift ticket, rentals and a group lesson for ages 7+.


Ski Patrol		Ski Patrol

Ski Butternut's Ski Patrol is here to serve you. There's no cost for their care. The Ski Patrol headquarters is conveniently located at the upper right corner of the main parking lot or at the top of the mountain in a brand new facility! The Ski Patrol works closely with Fairview Hospital, which is only 5 minutes away in Downtown Great Barrington.

LOST & FOUND
The Ski Patrol handles LOST Skis, Boots & Snowboards.
The Main Office handles LOST keys, season passes, wallets, radios, cell phones & jewelry.
All misplaced clothing items are temporarily kept in either the Upper or Lower Lodge in special storage containers..
If you've lost something, please call the main office 413-528-2000 (x 111). Our staff will do their best to help you locate your lost item (no guarantees).
