LEARNING AREA

Newest additions for learning is the movement of our 60 foot Beginner's Flying Carpet surface lift and installation of a dedicated SKIwee carpet two new Learning Carpets one 150' and the other 160' long. Ski Butternut has always been an ideal place for people to learn to ski or snowboard.

DEALS for 1st Timers: We offer a $70 1st Timers 1-day Learn to Ski or Learn to Snowboard Package that includes beginner's lift ticket, rentals and a group lesson for ages 7+. After your 1st day take advantage of our $70 Return To Learn package that includes: an all mountain lift ticket, rentals and another lesson to keep you progressing. You will need to show your 1st Times Lift ticket to be able to purchase this highly discounted packages as it is only available to people sporting a specially marked 1st Timers lift ticket from this season.

SKI PATROL

Ski Butternut's Ski Patrol is here to serve you. There's no cost for their care. The Ski Patrol headquarters is conveniently located in the Ski Patrol building. You'll find it in the upper right corner of the main parking lot. There is also a building at the top of the Top Flight Quad chairlift! Our Ski Patrol works closely with Fairview Hospital, in case of emergency. We are fortunate that such a fine hospital is only 5 minutes away. It is located in downtown Great Barrington.

LOST & FOUND
The Ski Patrol handles LOST Hardgoods: Skis, Boots & Snowboards.
The Main Office handles LOST: Keys, Season Passes, Wallets, Radios, Cell Phones & jewelry.
All misplaced clothing items are temporarily kept in either the Upper Lodge or Lower Lodge in special storage containers. These are cleaned out and donated to charity weekly.
If you've lost something, please call the Main Office 413.528.2000 x111. Our staff will do their best to help you become reacquainted with your lost item.
