The Butternut Ski & Snowboard Shop is located at the base of Ski Butternut,

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!
If you are not sure what ski is best for you, come to our
mountain and DEMO the latest 10/11 skis from Volkl, Atomic, Salomon, and
Rossignol. Let your feet tell you what to buy. Professionally guided demos,
including expert coaching on how to use the newest shaped skis, are also available. PSIA-Certified Ski School coaches can show you how to make your
future skis sing.
SKI DEMOS - We start demoing skis in mid Dec. and continue through mid March. All demo skis can be purchased at the end of the season. Demos for winter 2009-10 are done and all but one pair have been sold. Call the shop 413-528-2000 x 273 for availability and pricing. Demo skis are available Fri., Sat., Sun. & Mon.
In addition demos are available every day over the Christmas week, MLK & Presidents week holiday periods.
SKI DEMO PRICING:
3-HOURS $30 - you'll test 1 pair of skis for 3 hours.
FULL DAY $40 - allows you to test 1 pair of skis all day.
FULL DAY $50 - TEST UP TO 3-PAIRS of SKIS in a single day.
Demo fees (up to $50) will be deducted from your new ski purchase @ the
Butternut Ski & Snowboard Shop, provided you purchase within 10 days of
demo. 
Next year look for our USED EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING SALE / SWAP
which is held annually over the Columbus Day Weekend in October.
Bring us your gently used equipment or clothing, our knowledgeable staff we'll try to sell it for you, so you can get new gear.
OR browse the aisles for that super deal, there will be plenty as this is the largest swap in the Berkshires.
We will be accepting the following items:
Skis (Shaped only), Snowboards, Boots, Clothing & Helmets. (Good condition only).
Register your items for SALE on Fri. Oct. XX (4 - 7 p.m.) or Sat. Oct. XX (10 a.m. - noon).
Unsold gear must be picked up by 4 p.m. Monday Oct. XX.
Any unclaimed products will be donated to charity.
Used equipment sale is being run by volunteers from the mountains ADAPTIVE PROGRAM.
You will receive a check for 80% of the sale price!
20% goes to the Adaptive Program for their efforts.
Checks will be mailed 10-14 days after the end of the SWAP.
